June McConnell set up June McConnell Lettings eight years ago. Presently, the company employ eight staff and have two offices – one in Cypress Park in Templeogue and the other in the Royal Canal Park development in Dublin 15. June commenced her career in McConnell Advertising then located to London where she worked for Dorland and Crawford, then BEAM Communications. Whilst with BEAM, she was promoted to an Account Executive position. June returned to Ireland and set up her own Advertising and Marketing Agency specialising in mainly pharmaceutical advertising. Looking for a complete career change where she could use her learned skills she went to work for Sherry Fitzgerald where she spent over three years working from their Merrion Row branch. June became a Senior Negotiator in the Lettings department until the Company made a decision to sell the franchise to an outside operator. She was then transferred to Residential Sales in Merrion Row. During her time with Sherry Fitzgerald, June studied Land Agency through the IAVI – the Institute of Auctioneers and Valuers in Ireland. She qualified in November 2001. June saw a large niche in the market for a specialised letting and property management service which would provide a full hands-on approach for Landlords using her marketing and advertising skills in addition to the lettings skills she developed during her time in Sherry Fitzgerald. Since setting up business eight years ago, the company have grown from strength to strength and can now be considered the specialists in the residential lettings and management market. The company are now launching their residential Sales service to complete the picture thus providing their clients with an all encompassing property package.
